Guests will have full private access to the entire studio apartment during their stay — there are no shared spaces inside the property.

Access is provided via a self check-in system, allowing you to arrive at your convenience. Full check-in instructions, including access details, will be shared prior to your arrival.

Please note that the apartment is located within a residential building, so we kindly ask guests to be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially during late hours.

* Check-in & check-out: Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 10:00 AM or earlier. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

* Sleeping arrangements: The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests using the main sleeping area and sofa bed.
* Cleaning: The apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay. If you notice anything during your stay, please let me know as soon as possible so it can be addressed.
* Respect for neighbours: This is a residential building, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially during late hours.
* No smoking / no parties: Smoking and parties are strictly not allowed.
