Welcome to my house!

Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely renovated house is close to various top attractions in Dublin, such as the National Botanic Gardens, Glasnevin Cemetery, the scenic Blessington Street Basin, and the Royal Canal. A short walk or bus ride brings you to Croke Park and Jameson Distillery Bow St.

This house is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features two large sofas, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for eight. There's also a shared garden with the separate, contained basement apartment. The garden has a seating area to lounge and enjoy the stunning views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The house also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

All six bedrooms are dressed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Four bedrooms have UK double beds and the remaining two are UK single beds.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Please Note: If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner.

Phibsborough (or “Phibs”) is a vibrant inner-city neighborhood on Dublin’s north side, known for its Victorian architecture, independent cafés, traditional pubs, and strong local character. Centered around the historic Phibsborough village and the famous Dalymount Park football ground, it offers a lively community atmosphere just minutes from the city centre. The area combines residential charm with easy access to parks, cultural venues, shops, and public transport, making it a popular place to live and explore while experiencing an authentic side of Dublin.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest LUAS station, Phibsborough (Green Line), is just a 4-minute walk.

Dublin Airport is a 24-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
