I know you were here a very short time and experienced some bad rainy weather. When this happens the pools do get leaves and such. The pool man was scheduled to come back out but you had departed by then. Sometimes when we have bad weather it does put the pool cleaning companies behind. Our apologies. This has been a repair that needed to be addressed however; finding a repair company was interesting. Luckily we were able to find Carroll Contracting who did an amazing repair job.
