The space
This bright, contemporary home is designed for relaxation. It features three spacious double bedrooms with plush bedding and an additional sofa bed for larger groups. The heart of the house is a modern, fully-equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge for social evenings. Step outside to your private outdoor area for a morning coffee. With a fresh renovation throughout, the interiors feel premium yet homely ideal for everything from long-term work stays to quick coastal escapes with the family.

Guest access
Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire house and private garden. We provide two dedicated off-road parking spaces, a huge bonus in Southsea! Check-in is simple via a 6 digit code (details provided upon booking). Every room is yours to enjoy, including the laundry facilities and high-speed Wi-Fi. We want you to feel completely at home, so help yourself to the modern amenities provided. Please ensure all doors and windows are secured whenever you head out to explore.

Other things to note
We love hosting four-legged friends, but please keep pets off the furniture and clean up after them. To keep our neighborhood happy, we kindly ask for no smoking inside and for noise to be kept to a respectful level after 10 PM. Only registered guests are permitted overnight.
