Our beach service includes one unbrella and two chairs. Our smart door lock provides a personal access code just for your visit. Just bring your clothing, food and personal items. We have games and videos even laundry and dish detergent. Our cottage is family friendly with well made furniture and furnishing.

Take in the stunning emerald coast view from not only your spacious balcony, but while relaxing in the living room and even while cooking fresh seafood in your fully equipped kitchen.

The owners really thought of everything, stocking so many little extras like beach toys, towels, and bags; games and movies and books; and everything we needed in the kitchen, along with clear instructions. Brad was easily reachable and responsive, and check in and check out were simple.The beach service was excellent, and the owners also had extra beach chairs and umbrellas in their closets for a larger group! We loved the private hot tub and heated pool on . I love that the unit is on the second floor so that you are just above the dunes and have a perfect view of the beach!

This is a great place for families. I love Destin, but it tends to be very overcrowded. Okaloosa Island is close enough to Destin for dinner and entertainment, but provides a beach that is not overcrowded.

For many years we have dreamed of owning a beach condo and sharing it with others. We invite you to relax in our second floor, beach front retreat and enjoy the emerald waters and sugar white sands.

Good Morning America named the Emerald Coast “One of the Top Ten Most Beautiful Places in America” and it is regularly named by USA Today, Frommers and Southern Living as a best beach & family destination. Located on Florida’s World Famous Emerald Coast, Okaloosa Island is only 6 miles away from the attractions of Destin but miles away from Destin’s crowds. The Island Princess offers an intimate beachfront setting with special amenities such as a heated pool, hot tub and fitness room. The complex is known for it's attention to details and lush landscaping.

Preferred West End with Convenient Second Floor Location:Our 3 bedroom unit sits at the end of the complex with expansive views to both the east and the west with a unique view of the sunsets to the west. The West End is quiet and nicely located near the outdoor grill area and fitness room. You can take the elevator and arrive just steps from your front door or simply take the stairs to second floor.
