The open-concept living area boasts pergola floors, recessed lighting, and fresh paint throughout. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, a walk-in pantry, and all-new décor. There is new carpet in the bedrooms and two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers.
Relax in the large master bedroom with a walk-in closet, and unwind on the patio with comfortable chairs and storage benches, perfect for enjoying the serene dune views and sounds of the ocean. This condo sleeps 6 guests comfortably and includes a propane BBQ for outdoor grilling and an electric fireplace, private WiFi, and DVD player for movie nights.
Our home is on the beach level, so no stairs to climb—just walk out to the beach and enjoy! Spend family fun playing Pickle Ball, tennis, or basketball with courts located on site. Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return furniture to its original location. Close all window coverings. Turn off all appliances and heaters.
After loading the dishwasher, please do not leave any dishes behind in the sink.
Remove all recycling from home to outside bins.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
