Located in the Rosario Resort Community near the 5,500 acre Moran State Park, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is perched on a .64 acre parcel with surrounded by trees, but offer a filtered water view from nearly every room during the winter months when leaves have fallen. A contemporary Northwest Modern design with over 2,200 square feet is newly constructed and was just recently completed in November 2017.

The open layout and vaulted ceilings that approach 12' in height along the wall of windows take advantage of the southern exposure. Each of the three bedrooms features a king-sized bed, quality furnishings and soft linens for the comfort of every guest.

The Master suite is located on the main (upper) level with an en-suite, while both guest suites are located on opposite sides of the recreation room on the lower level, allowing privacy for couples and families.

Guests will enjoy relaxing outside on the nearly 500 sq. ft. deck, enjoying outdoor dining with a table with seating for six and a Stainless Steel propane BBQ grill.

This is where guests will also find the Hot Tub, where they can start each morning with a rejuvenating soak, or end the day with relaxation under the starry skies.

While we have streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Prime) on the 55" television in the Recreation Room, most guests prefer the entertainment and fun with the 8-foot long Brunswick Billiards table with the Ping-Pong conversion top. Whether an avid player or just some friendly competition among friends or family, you're sure to enjoy these amenities for hours on end during your comfortable stay along with the Bluetooth connected stereo.

1) + $195 cleaning fee per stay added to your nightly reservation.

2) Listing Site collects and remits all sales & lodging Tax for the State of Washington on behalf of hosts.

3) We are a dog-friendly home with a non-refundable pet fee of $80 per stay. We can accommodate up to 2 dogs per stay. Contact us for information about Pet Agreement requirements. Must be 1 yr old, spayed/neutered, updated on vaccinations and on flea/tick treatment. Pricing listed in quotes do not include pet fee unless you select it, but will be required.

4) Guests agree to follow the rules of conduct.

5) Use of the home is exclusive to the guests in the reservation. We recommend guest purchase 3rd party trip insurance in case of emergencies. Please review full details around our cancellation policy (60 days in advance of the date of stay).
