Phoenix VI is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix VI. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing. Stay in our Premium unit and pay less than the select price!!!



Come relax on the 4th floor balcony directly overlooking the outdoor pool with great views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, granite countertops, and new cabinetry. We have a king size bed in the master with balcony access and we have two full sized beds in the guest bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa!! We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.



FOR LARGE GROUPS WE DO HAVE ADDITIONAL UNITS AT PHOENIX VI, INCLUDING ANOTHER 2 OTHER UNITs ON THIS 4TH FLOOR!!!!



Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Clean unit, convenient to the beach. Lots to do for kids at Phoenix VI. Easy access in and out of unit. We didn’t cook , but the kitchen well stocked and great view of beach.! Will definitely stay here again.

Great location

This property was a great place to stay for a beach vacation! The kitchen was amazingly well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The balcony was great. We enjoyed using boogie boards and pool toys from the outdoor closet. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was very convenient. We also appreciated the amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, workout room and hot tubs. Great location near shops and restaurants too!

This was our first time at VI and the final Phoenix condo for us to check out. Pros= beautiful location, easy check in, room was as pictured and it was easy booking. Cons = couch needs to be replaced as it’s not comfy at all, we’d also recommend replacing the bed in the master- feels like you’re sleeping on the floor so we wouldn’t stay in this room again because of the bed.

The balcony furniture was nice and tons of beach toys in the outdoor closet. The mattress in the king bed isn’t comfortable and needs replaced. You can feel a dip in it when you sit. Thankfully it was at the foot of the bed so we still slept fine. The location is great! The facility as a whole was perfect for a family. Multiple elevators, and plenty of luggage carts.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my family's first visit to Orange Beach, and we really did enjoy the stay! However, the condition of the condo was very disappointing.Upon arriving we began to check everything over. There were several things that should have had more attention. Here's the list:1. Both shower curtains were covered with mold and mildew. The manager, Clark, did however bring us new ones right away which was very much appreciated!2. There was a deep coating of sand on the coffee table, kitchen table, and all floors throughout.3. We literally had to clean each of the the closet floors with Clorox wipes before we felt comfortable putting our items in there. There was so much dirt, sand, and dust.4. Underneath each of the living room chairs and tv stand, there was several pieces of opened candy, wrappers, and dirt.5. Luckily there were 2 blankets that we covered the couch & tan reclining chair with. Both were disgustingly dirty. I sat on a wooden kitchen chair the entire week.5. Wood bed frame on the double bed to the left was broke & laying up against the wall.6. The couch is NOT as depicted in the picture. It was so broken down that we were sitting on the springs from the roll away bed. The cushions might as well not have even been there because after days, they were not comforting at all.7. Socks were worn around the condo because the floor obviously hadn't been mopped in quite some time.8. Washed the drawers out in the fridge before putting our food in there. There was also hair in the freezer on the ice cubes.Clark, the manager, however was wonderful! We actually thought we may get our cleaning fee back like our friends did, however, that didn't happen. We definitely will go back, but I will never stay in this unit again. Very disappointed with the condition of the property when the cost to rent is not cheap!

The building had nice and clean amenities and despite visiting over the busy Memorial Day weekend we never had to wait long for an elevator. Other reviews mentioned a lack of parking but we always found a spot for our 2 vehicles and others were still available. My one complaint was the furniture. The couch was so caved in it was practically unusable. Also my room code spontaneously stopped working but Clark was very responsive and sent me a new code almost immediately. He also acknowledged my concern about the couch. The beach was beautiful and clean. We will be back.
