Nothing beats the convenience of a slopeside condo!!

Walk out the back and you are on Disciples I run, walk out the front and across the parking lot and you can get on Boyneland. Great unit location and all you need to do is put on your skis. Nothing beats this location. The slopes are right outside the door. Meet back at the condo for lunch, hot cocoa, or take a quick nap.

Eat out at a fine restaurant at Boyne or enjoy cooking with a full kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, pancake griddle, crock pot, stove, and dishwater. Rest, relax, and connect with nature!

This unit also has a washer and dryer along with free WIFI.

Perfect Up North Spot - Use this home as your base for all activities near Boyne.. Lake Charlevoix only 10 minutes away and Deer Lake is 4 minutes around the corner . Enjoy the brand new 6.5 mile paved bike trail to Boyne City. This region features fantastic bike trails, superb fishing, sandy beaches, and unique shops in Boyne City.

Additional activities on Boyne property include golf, tennis, water parks, zip lining, and luxury spa. Enjoy breakfast on your private patio, with bike trails, walking path, and a pool nearby! Enjoy day trips to Petoskey (20 min), Mackinaw bridge (1 hour), and downtown Charlevoix (35 min).

Please turn any heat registers back to low if used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The individual booking the condo must be verified and be the same individual that charges the rental and insurance agreement.

This unit was awesome! Location could not have been easier for skiing in and out from the rental and it was well equipped for preparing own food in the unit. Unit was nice and clean. Owner checked on us and was quick to respond back to make sure everything was satisfactory. Highly recommend for a fun ski weekend at Boyne!

Mary was a great host and the condo was exactly as expected based on images. The ski in ski out was PERFECT and kids came and go like champs. It’s right by Disciples 1 chair, which is a newer high speed. We did have some issues with noise upstairs the first night, but Mary nipped that issue in the butt! I’d stay here again.

The mattress on the right side of the room has a large dip in it and badly needs replaced. That is the only reason for the 3 star review, as I feel that comfortable beds are one of the most important things that a vacation rental should provide. Other than that, the condo was clean and the kitchen was well appointed.

The unit was perfect. It was very clean, cozy and had lots of options for sleeping/lounging. The kitchen was well-equipped and spacious. The bathroom was also spacious and equipped with ample towels, and a nice touch with mini shampoo/conditioner/lotion. The location was perfect and easy to access Disciples 8 to get out in the morning, and ski back by Ramshead. I would definitely rent this unit again!

Great place for a ski-in ski-out trip with the family. Plenty of room to relax in between runs and easy to get on the slopes and to the lift. Had a great time and would definitely stay again.
