Furthermore, the apartment is located in one of Madrid’s most exclusive areas, Argüelles, home to famous artists such as Pedro Almodóvar. The apartment is extremely quiet. Several supermarkets and pharmacies are less than a minute away. You’ll be able to enjoy life in an authentic Madrid area just a few minutes from the bustling Plaza España or the shopping district of Calle Princesa, where you’ll find designer shops, various chain stores, and the famous Renoir cinemas.
