About this property
Private pool villa with views of Etna
This villa near Motta Sant'Anastasia caters to those who want to spend as much time outdoors as indoors: it features a private pool, a panoramic terrace with a barbecue and outdoor kitchen, and a lush garden visible from inside through the bright veranda.
The veranda links the house to the garden and the water. Bright and overlooking the greenery and the pool, it lets you use the indoor and outdoor spaces together, naturally, at any time of day. On the panoramic terrace, the barbecue and outdoor kitchen make al fresco dining a real possibility, with Mount Etna in the background. The garden surrounding the pool offers green space for quiet moments.
From the Motta Sant’Anastasia area, you can reach Mount Etna with its craters, Catania with its Baroque city centre and crystal-clear sea, and the medieval villages of the Simeto Valley: three very different landscapes, all of which you can explore from this base. Note: The house is located near a provincial road.
