Set within the private 300-acre Ellingham Estate in the Waveney Valley, the house feels generous yet homely, with traditional farmhouse character. In the spacious sitting room, comfy seating is arranged around a welcoming fireplace for relaxed family time after days out. A large kitchen and separate dining room make it easy to share meals, while a snug/playroom gives younger guests their own space. Flexible sleeping areas can be prepared with super king or twin arrangements to suit different generations.
Outside, a superb hot tub overlooks open countryside, and the large, mature garden offers plenty of space to wander. Guests can enjoy woodland and meadow walks from the estate, shared use of a well-stocked fishing lake, and nearby canoeing and kayaking. Bungay and Beccles, the Norfolk Broads, Southwold, Walberswick, and Lowestoft are all within reach.
