Step outside to your private patio, an ideal spot for enjoying a quiet evening outdoors. The bathroom is clean and well appointed with essential toiletries. Guests have access to free parking and a private entrance for total convenience. Please note that a gardener visits briefly once a month to maintain the exterior grounds. Bedroom 1 features a comfortable double bed and ample clothing storage. Bedroom 2 also offers a double bed and a peaceful atmosphere. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and blender. The living space is equipped with a television and high speed wireless internet throughout the property.

If you are flying in, London Heathrow Airport is the most accessible major hub, typically reachable within a thirty to forty minute drive depending on traffic. Please be aware that a gardener visits the property once per month for routine maintenance, such as weeding and fence inspections. The gardener accesses the garden directly from the outside without entering the house, and these visits typically last between 10 to 15 minutes. Check in time is from 15:00 and check out is by 11:00. Please note that smoking is not permitted, pets are not allowed, and we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours between 21:00 and 09:00. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.
