Why stay in a motel when you can stay here at "Cape Escape"! This one-bedroom condo is the perfect home base for a classic Cape Cod vacation. Centrally located in Dennis, this condo is close to beaches and all the Cape has to offer. Walk across the street and rent a kayak or SUP on the Bass River. Or walk to several restaurants nearby. Feeling adventurous? The nightlife at Hyannis is a short ride away and Provincetown is about 40 minutes away. For art and culture, see a show at the Cape Cod Playhouse or get inspired by beautiful art at the Cape Cod Museum of Art.
The condo has all you need -- a functional kitchenette, two full bathrooms, a patio with a grill, and two HD TVs. Prefer the pool over the beach? Then spend relaxing afternoons by the beautifully landscaped pool area. And for those of us who can't entirely leave work behind, take advantage of our high-speed internet to do a quick check-in on the office before heading out to the pool.
Dennis is a water lover's paradise! The closest ocean beach, West Dennis Beach, is a little over a mile away. Drive to their ample parking lot or get some exercise and walk through lovely West Dennis. For variety, go for a dip in the other warm water beaches along Nantucket Sound. Or visit the beaches on the Bay during low tide to walk the flats and find a perfect sea shell. Prefer fresh water? Scargo Lake is your perfect water-hole. And if kayaking on the Bass River sounds like a perfect day, you can do that right across the street.
Our sleeping accommodations for four are comfortable! The bedroom sleeps two in the queen-size bed. The living room has a sofa-bed that opens up to a queen-size bed featuring a super comfy mattress to accommodate two more people, for a total of four guests.

I'm an avid sailor and beachcomber! The Cape has been my favorite vacation destination for most of my life and I'm happy to share my Cape Escape with guests so they can enjoy all the Cape has to offer.
Why they chose this property
West Dennis is a classic Cape Cod town with several ocean beaches and fresh water lakes. Having beaches on both Cape Cod Bay and Nantucket Sound, this location is perfect for exploring many types of beaches. West Dennis is easily accessible -- only 75 miles from Boston and 80 miles from Providence. The proximity to Hyannis and Provincetown also make this location ideal for planning fishing, harbor cruises, or whale watching expeditions.
What makes this property unique
I chose this condo because it's in a great location and perfect for a romantic getaway. Having a pool is a treat! The patio is large and can accommodate lazy afternoon cocktails and delicious barbecues. Two full baths means no waiting for a bathroom!
