Mrs Tracy and the house was accommodating and perfect for our week long stay! Spacious and comfortable! Thank you for making our vacation stay awesome!
Great place to stay! The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for the week. The kitchen was well stocked and the gas grill was convenient. There were some toys and beach accessories available for the kids. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor shower. The area is also very quiet and tucked away from the higher traffic areas, but not far from beaches and restaurants.
This is my 4th year coming to the same house! It had everything you would ever want or need! Right near Falmouth!! Awesome place! Will keep coming back year after year .
We had a nice time-cute comfortable house, lots of space, Tracey very responsive, location close to beach and quick drive to Old Silver, the Knob, the Island Queen, Woods Hole, Nobska Lighthouse, & the adorable town of East Falmouth! With 6 of us another bathroom would’ve been nice but the outdoor shower was perfect! I would recommend bringing your own beach chairs and umbrella though. Overall loved it and would stay again!

Thanks Jennifer for taking the time from your busy life to review the Wren House. Your children were great at putting all the toys back and I appreciate your suggestions. Tracy
Tracy was a great host and the house was wonderful. We stayed there with our two school aged children and the house was very cozy. We enjoyed the hammock in the front yard, eating outdoors on the patio and the outdoor shower was fun too! The bedrooms were small but adequate size for our two young children. The house is on a quiet street, just a short couple of blocks from fabulous restaurants, corner market and a playground. We really enjoyed our stay.

Thanks for the detailed review. I enjoyed having you and your family stay for some fun in the sun!
This was our second time staying at Wren House and it was a great experience. The kitchen has everything you might need to make coffee, tea, or dinner. The central air is perfect in the summer, and we loved the outdoor shower too. The house is clean and has all the amenities of home. We are a family of 5 and had a very comfortable stay. Thank you, Tracy!

Thank you Theresa, it was great to have you back again. You left the house so clean it was hard to know you were even there! Tracy
We enjoyed our week in Pocasset. Should have booked longer. Easy place to like. I loved the big gas grill where I cooked several meals which all tasted better due to the ambiance of this peaceful quiet backyard. Meals at the Chart Room and Lobster Trap were outstanding. Privacy matters to me and this home has it. Lovely owner, safe quiet little street. You have to drive to beaches but this home provided great value and more than met our needs.

Thanks for the review, Bob. I hope you’ll be able to find a home that takes pets for your next visit. Tracy
This house was equipped with toys, towels, beach chairs, fully stocked kitchen, first aid, paper goods, etc. there was no need left unmet and we had ages 4 months through adult! Very peaceful environment, easy access to 28, the borne bridge, and sandwich rd! Pocasset country Market (aka Larry’s) has everything you need right across the street, Graziellas is less than a minute drive, and Dunkin’ Donuts is 3 minutes. We respected the rules of the home and the owner respected our privacy and provided a relaxed vacation home for us! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to our family for their next visit to Pocasset!
This is a great base for a family vacation. We had a wonderful time exploring the Cape each day, then returning to grill out of the lovely patio before checking out the sunset at the beach down the street. A block away, there’s a fully-stocked convenience store and public pickle ball courts. Plenty of towels, and the owner is extremely responsive. We loved our stay!
The Wren House was cute, quaint, and clean. It was close to several restaurants and activities in nearby towns. My husband and I enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch and watching the birds in the backyard during happy hour!! Our stay was wonderful!!
We had a great stay at this lovely property. The backyard is beautiful and relaxing, the carport was nicely equipped with beach supplies as well as fun outdoor toys for little kids. The house itself also had everything we needed and the location was close to many nice amenities.
When I say I am a clean freak I am still under exaggerating and this home was SPARKLING CLEAN. From the perfect placement of the remote and placemats to the glistening fridge shelves, the freshly washed bath rug, and everything else in between. You can tell Tracy takes pride in her home and I am so glad she is willing to share it with others. Everything is well appointed, comfortable, and cozy. She has everything you need including sand toys for the beach, an umbrella shade, beach chairs, a beach cart, cooking utensils, etc etc. I cannot say enough good things. The upstairs bedroom is a window unit AC and there are two fans which definitely kept it cool enough for my teen to stay upstairs comfortably and have her own space. We loved the patio and hammock and all of the wildlife we saw out the kitchen window and sliding glass doors. We had cardinals, bluejays, red-winged blackbirds, chipmunks, squirrels, and bunnies daily. It was really awesome. Our favorite places to see were Nobska Lighthouse and East Sandwich Beach. We had dinner at the Lobster Trap and enjoyed ice cream at Twin Acres. I recommend both. Thanks again Tracy for a lovely stay!
This was our 3rd year staying at this house and we're never disappointed. The house is always clean and well-supplied. The home owner provides instructions and is very responsive to questions and comments. The location is also convenient with a small local market diagonally across the street. We plan to return next year!

Thanks Will for the review. I hope you had some wonderful “Boat time”. I appreciate that your checking with me before doing things and I was glad we could work it all at. Hope to see you next year. Tracy
This was the second year we've rented this house and we love it for many reasons. It is in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located to a small grocery store, great restaurants, and close to the Bourne bridge. The house itself is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay and is very clean. The owner is easy to work with and treated us with consideration during the COVID pandemic. We hope to be able to continue renting the house in the future.

About the host
Hosted by Tracy
I visited my college room mate on the Cape for many years. When I was looking for a place to retire, I fell in love with friendliness of the people I met here. I have worked with young children for 47 years and so you will find many child friendly items in my house I lived in Africa for two years, Chile for 6 months and have traveled to many other places. I wanted to share my lovely home here on the Cape. Renting my home gives me the freedom to continue traveling.
Why they chose this property
I am an avid swimmer and loved the fact that I could swim everyday from May through October. I live on a small street that ends on a marsh. One neighbor is a fishermen so you know you are visiting an authentic Cape Cod neighborhood! The house is small but there are two cozy rooms to sit in and talk or watch TV. Watching the birds at the bird feeder is another relaxing past time, , especially the beautiful Wrens. Outside also has several areas where small groups can sit or you can just be alone in the hammock.
What makes this property unique
Avoid the miles of back up traffic and get to the Cape quickly. Lots to see off the beaten path right here but you also have access to all the wonders that the Cape has to offer as well as New Bedford and other off Cape Cod towns.
