VILLAMARE ... is a Highly Sought After Oceanfront Resort noted for its beautiful grounds, lagoons, Health Club with Indoor Heated Swimming Pool, Heated Jacuzzi, Steam Sauna and Extensive Workout Facility. The Outdoor Main Pool is nestled around decks for sunning and viewing the ocean. Palm trees are around the deck to provide shade for anyone who forgot their umbrella. Next to the large pool is a Heated Jacuzzi, and toddler area. The Main Pool is heated during the months of March through May. The Outdoor Serenity Pool and Spa offers a peaceful experience with a deck area and amazing ocean view. This area features a newly added Grilling Area with 4 Built In Gas Grills and firepit. There are plenty of activities to enjoy within walking distance from our villa including tennis, golf, miles of trails for biking, walking, or running, bike rentals, kayak and canoe rentals on the 11 miles of canals, restaurants, and a general store. There is Free Shuttle Bus service to local shops at Shelter Cover, the Mall and Plaza and the PD Golf and Tennis Centers. Awesome condo that has been newly updated. Kitchen was fully equipped and well organized. Bedrooms very comfortable (new mattresses), lovely balconies with sunrise views and the bathroom is spacious with lots of drawer space, as are the closets with lots of drawers/shelving. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had and we will definitely consider staying here again.

We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head. This condo is in Palmetto Dunes, which has Pickleball courts, very nice restaurants in and around, walking trails, biking trails… Direct access on the beach. It’s perfect. Not to mention this condo is completely updated to the highest standards. It had everything that we needed and more. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much, Pete!!

We have stayed at many Villamare condos and this is one of the nicest. It’s very updated, has all amenities one needs and a great view of the pool and ocean. Pete was so kind to check in with us after arriving and asking if we needed anything. I will definitely come back and recommend this condo to friends and family!

My wife and I are both native mid-westerners. We moved to Richmond Va in the early 1980 for career changes. The east coast suited us well and our family is now growing around us with kids of their own. Loving being grandparents.

Why they chose this property

We have been visiting Hilton Head Island, and in particular Villamare for the last 20 years. We love the location of VIllamare. So close to the ocean with great amenities from the pools to the on-site fitness center. It's proximity to activities and shopping along with the friendliness the people in the complex helped us make the decision to own a piece for ourselves.
