In the popular Baltic Sea resort of Sellin on the island of Rügen, this modern holiday apartment awaits you in the Mönchgut building. With a living space of 32 m², it offers room for up to 3 people and is ideal for couples or small families who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the well-maintained Seepark Sellin holiday complex. The beach, the Baltic Sea, and Lake Sellin are only about 900 meters away and easily accessible on foot or by bicycle. Shops and a bakery are located directly in the complex.

The apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable living area with a double sofa bed. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. A modern bathroom with shower/toilet, as well as Wi-Fi and TV, provide additional comfort. You can spend relaxing hours on the northwest-facing balcony and unwind at the end of the day.

This is a non-smoking apartment, and one pet is welcome. Bed linen is provided once. Guests also have access to a bicycle storage room and a children's playground in the complex. A special bonus is the year-round 25% discount at the AHOI Water Park and Adventure World. From Easter 2026, a modern fitness center with free access will complement your stay.

A security deposit of €100 is required for the apartment and will be refunded upon departure.
