To the north, the cheerful town of Newmarket is home to a lively racecourse (6 miles). Heading east, Bury St Edmunds (20 miles) has a range of great places to eat and drink, with attractions including Moyse's Hall Museum and The Hunter Gallery. Just north of Bury you can visit West Stow Anglo-Saxon Village, Fullers Mill Garden and Lackford Lakes (17.5 miles). Other local landmarks including Bottishall Airfield Museum, Anglesey Abbey and Audley End, all within 18 miles.
A wooden and accessible path meanders through the meadow and woodlands, past the lake and towards this characterful single-level cabin. Once inside, you will be greeted by the fresh and airy lounge with a Smart TV, comfortable seating and beams set in the high vaulted ceiling. The cabin also features a sweet kitchenette with plenty of equipment for preparing a romantic meal for two. When it's time to turn in for the night, the cosy bedroom has a lovely double bed.
Stepping outside, a sweet veranda has ample seating, offering a wonderful spot for you both to sit back, dine alfresco and take in the marvellously tranquil surroundings. A step down leads you to an adjoining space where you can luxuriate in the private hot tub. From the cabin, a path heads over to the shower block which features a private shower room for each cabin onsite. The surrounding grounds offer a range of activities, with amenities including a putting green, treehouse platform, picnic area and boating lake.
