Friendly hosts, nice flat, good location.

Due to the train strikes we arrived late in the night but Claudie came and collected us from the station which was really kind. She is very helpful with local information and it was reassuring to have someone like that around. The flat was clean and comfortable and we could have had a barbecue if the weather has been better. The kitchen was well equipped and the shower was great, torrents of hot water. The location is very useful for getting to and from the station and only a short walk to the centre. We had a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and good takeaway pizza nearby. The garden is reasonably private and quiet and we enjoyed relaxing with a beer in the evening sun. We had a good holiday marred only by the French train strike.

Séjour d'une semaine avec mon compagnon dans ce studio bien agencé et très moderne ! Il correspond aux photos, il est spacieux et très propre. Une cuisine aménagée pratique et une grande salle de bain. Coin salon sympa avec de nombreux rangements. Proche du centre ville à pied et proche Espagne. Lieu assez calme et tranquille... En plus d'être joliement aménagé et décoré, les propriétaires sont là en cas de soucis et sont de parfaits agents touristiques pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas encore la région! Génial! Nous avons été ravis des 4 jours passes à Perpignan dans ce logement.il est propre ,bien agencé et idéalement situé. La propriétaire nous a donné quelques infos quant aux choses à visiter et à été très accueillante. En voiture nous sommes vite à la plage ou en Espagne. À pied le centre ville n'est pas loin. propriétaire très sympathique et accueillante. studio très propre et joliment décoré. pas de problème de stationnement,quartier calme et non loin du centre ville. un seul regret:nous ne sommes pas resté assez longtemps pour profiter encore de ces superbes paysages.
