Nice T2 in Saint Cyprien-plage 66750, waterfront, facing south, (4 pers.) Ground floor of 35 m² between beach direct access and place all shops (100 meters), market 2 times a week in the street of the residence (1 time out of season), the port of St Cyprien is 600 meters by footpath and bike along the beach ..
Parking for the car (private parking and free). Apartment completely renovated to the taste of the day.
Possibility to leave the bikes outside in the residence (closed by code).
At the housing level, it is very bright with large windows in the room and living room. The main room is composed of the room, living room and kitchen area. A sofa bed for a sleeping two people. Fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and a flat screen. A bathroom on the left with WC, shower and all the necessary maintenance. A separate bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. In all the accommodation you have air conditioning, heating and free WIFI access. The accommodation has no balcony or terrace but the beach is 30 meters away.
Sheets and towels are not provided. There are blankets, pillows, tea towels and all the necessary maintenance (soil and dishes).

Séjour très agreable

Emplacement de la location idéale pour profiter de la région .plage en bas du studio. Les photos correspondent parfaitement à l annonce ,propreté des lieux ,studio fonctionnel et parking privé boulangerie à 5 min à pieds ,restaurants et commerces proches . Maxime a été parfait pour les conditions d accueil et de départ de notre séjour. Nous avons passé une agréable semaine riches en découvertes et en souvenirs un seul mot PARFAIT !!!merci à Maxime
