Keen golfers can tee off at Trevose Golf and Country Club (1 mile), while the lively harbour town of Padstow (3 miles) is perfect for boat trips, water sports and foodie days out. The surrounding Seven Bays area is a dream for beach and surf lovers, with Hawker’s Cove (4 miles), Harlyn Bay (1.1 miles), Constantine Bay (1.4 miles) and Treyarnon Bay (2 miles). For walkers and cyclists, the South West Coast Path (1 mile) and Camel Trail, joinable at Padstow offer miles of unforgettable scenery, whether you prefer far-reaching sea views or peaceful countryside routes.


Step inside and you’ll find a welcoming lounge with a huge corner sofa for cosy evenings in and a Sky Glass TV. The downstairs rooms flow effortlessly into one another, giving the space an open and airy feel. The kitchen/diner is roomy and stylish, with artwork on the walls and Sky TV, patio doors for natural light and a long table for sharing meals together. A separate utility room and ground-floor WC add everyday convenience. While the garage has been transformed into a well-equipped gym/wellness suite with premium flooring a huge 80" TV, perfect for your online training sessions or playing on the Nintendo Wii. Upstairs, there are four thoughtfully styled bedrooms with calming pastel tones and luxurious hypoallergenic bedding and pillows. You’ll have two king-size rooms one with its own en-suite, plus a flexible zip-and-link room that can be arranged as a twin or super-king-size, along with a charming double. A family bathroom completes the indoor space.


Outside, children and dogs will love relaxing in the enclosed garden. There’s outdoor seating for al fresco dining, a BBQ for summer evenings and two luxury sun loungers on separate sun deck. For a more chilled vibe you can relax in the ‘Pod’. This super-cosy space provides an ideal retreat for readers or just a space to escape the hustle and bustle, complete with sofa, bean bags and 40" TV with firestick. Private parking is available for up to four cars, with an electric vehicle charging point (untethered, payment via FUSE app).
