This fabulous holiday accommodation comprising two neighbouring properties is just over 300 metres from the Isle of Wight’s glorious Shanklin Beach. It’s a wonderful base for large families and groups of friends keen for a relaxing getaway on the island’s beautiful east coast. The town of Shanklin has much to offer as a holiday destination, including a lovely selection of shops and eateries. The tranquil Shanklin Chine offers a beautiful route to the esplanade and beach. One of the best ways to explore the island is by following the coast path, which lies less than 0.5 miles from your accommodation. You can use it to stroll to Ventnor (4.5 miles) in one direction and Sandown (2 miles) in the other. Great options for days out within 10 miles are Blackgang Chine, Adgestone Vineyard, and Carisbrook Castle.
Luxury and comfort are at the heart of these two inviting holiday homes. Both have private entrances but are equally sociable spaces for your group to make memories together. In the first, you’ll find a stylish shower room just off the hallway before reaching the main living space. Attention to detail is apparent throughout, with parquet flooring, fresh, chic furniture and a modern colour palette. The lounge features a comfy sofa (a sofa bed that can sleep two extra people) and a Smart TV, while the dining table links this space to the elegant kitchen. Two king-size bedrooms sit on this floor, both with Smart TVs and chic en-suite shower rooms. Heading downstairs, there is a third bedroom with a bespoke bunk bed (for children only) that has an additional trundle bed (sleeping one extra person), and an en-suite shower room. The second property offers identical levels of comfort and style. The open-plan living space has parquet flooring and bi-fold doors giving access to the garden. At the far end of this area is the compact kitchen, with a circular dining table sat conveniently between there and the lounge. A large sofa sits opposite a Smart TV for easy movie nights. The property has three bedrooms, all of which have Smart TVs: a king-size master bedroom has an en-suite shower room, while the other two use the refreshing family shower room. The king-size bedrooms can be made up as twins on request.
Outside, you have the choice of two spaces to relax in: an enclosed garden with a hot tub and a shared space with loungers for relaxing on sunny afternoons. You’ll also have access to a whole host of shared facilities, including a heated outdoor swimming pool, sauna, gym, and cinema/games room. Private parking is available for four cars.
