Great location

It's a great house in a prime location. Great views. We had a fantastic stay with family. Great that there is so many bathrooms and sitting rooms. The family loved the pool.I found the dining room a bit odd with all the mirrors but that is a minor issue. Could have been in better condition for the rental cost.Overall though it suited our purpose to all spend time together and visit relatives.Thank you for our stay xx

A lovely property in a prime location. All 15 family members enjoyed the experience and would consider staying there again.The owner was always quick to respond to any questions the group had and made the whole process very easy.

Weekend Away

We had an incredible stay here. We got lucky with the weather but the house was more than big enough for our party of 16. It was clean and tidy with great cooking facilities and the pool was lovely in 30 degrees! The owners were amazing with great communication in the run up to and during the stay and very helpful with check in. I would definitely stay here again and would highly reccomend it.

Fantastic house for a large group

A large group of us stayed over a bank holiday weekend. The house was brilliant and very spacious. The location was only 10 minutes walk from Ryde hover craft station and a short distance from Ryde centre for evening activities. The host was excellent with communication and check in and check out was very smooth. The house was clean, both inside and out. I would highly recommend.

Perfect venue

We stayed for a 70th birthday and the house was amazing. Loads of space for everyone. Bedrooms were a great size, the games room was a hit with the children and the outside space was perfect when the sun was shining. Couldn’t fault one bit and would recommend for a big family getaway.

Great weekend

13 of us stayed in this house early September. The house was great - so much space and so many bedrooms that most people got their own room. We had a BBQ, played beer pong on the table tennis table and made use of the heated pool. Comms was great with the host who welcomed us on arrival and then left us to have a great weekend. Thanks Stephen and Rebecca.

Extremely suitable for large mixed age group, with spacious rooms on 3 floors, plenty of shower / wc facilities throughout, short walk to sandy beach and amusement facilities for the young, amply private parking facilities.

Perfect spot for long weekend with friends

Couldn’t recommend the beach house enough. It was like staying in a hotel without the staff. All the amenities we could ever need - including a well equipped kitchen which is a must for a large group. Communication with the owner was quick and efficient. Many thanks

Perfect

We had a fantastic weekend for my brother's birthday. 2 minute walk from the beach / parks / pubs, 5 minute drive to a large supermarket. The pool and games room are great for a group of mates having a reunion. Lovely kitchen, lovely bedrooms - most having ensuites. Property Manager Stephen was great as well, helping with ferries and answering various questions. Would happily recommend :)

Brilliant house and location

We stayed as a group of 5 families and loved the spaciousness of the house. Having a games room, pool and hot tub was brilliant and it was so close to the beach. Would definitely stay again

Fun house in a great location

This was our second time renting this house as it’s perfect for our family get together. There’s lots of space for the kids and they enjoyed the games room, hot tub and nice warm swimming pool. The house is homely and you don’t worry about leaving a cushion out of place, unlike some of the rental properties I’ve stayed in. Location is great as the beach is a stones throw away.

Family holiday

Unfortunately we had to call out the cleaners on arrival as all bathrooms on the lower floor were really dirty, which was rather disappointing. She worked so hard for at least 3 hours. The WiFi did not work at all and we were unable to find the hub to ensure it was plugged in. However the pool was lovely and so was the location .After the initial blip, we had a lovely holiday. (It would have been nice to have 2 dishwashers as there were 18 of us )

Ideal family house and location.

We were family group of 15. The space offered by Appley Beach House was ideal, never feeling that we were on top of each other. Younger kids loved the pool and the games room. Adults appreciated the well-fitted kitchen and dining space. Steven and Rebecca very clear and friendly in all communications. Would highly recommend Appley Beach House.

Everything you’d ever need!

This house is completely designed for large family groups or groups of friends. It has a large games room indoors and the pool and hot tub are a wonderful feature. Loads of bedrooms and bathrooms, huge fully equipped kitchen and pubs and restaurants nearby. Cannot fault it.

Great property

We were a party of 8, 4 adults and 4 older children (15-17) and enjoyed a wonderful week at this fantastic house. We were lucky enough to enjoy spectacular weather so were able to enjoy the swimming pool and hot tub to the maximum! Being a couple of minutes walk from the beach also meant that we could pop there at the drop of a hat. The house itself had everything we could ask for and if we had any issues help was only a text away! We were within walking distance of many excellent restaurants, bars, shops and the pier. Also about a 10 minute drive from the ferry terminal at Fishbourne. I would definitely recommend this property.

Fantastic property

Stayed for a week with all the family, fantastic property and location. Kitchen well equipped had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend renting this property, communication with owners who we met on the first day was brilliant. Thank you so much and if we visit the island again as a large group would definitely book again

Family Celebration

We were a party of six adults and five children. We were very happy indeed with the accommodation in this large and spacious house. Having rooms in a "basement" was brilliant; our daughter's family complete with crying baby were totally out of earshot of the rest of us. The swimming pool and hot-tub were as described and very secure. The beach was very close by. Highly recommended.
