Villas of Clearwater Beach - Unit A11 offered by Beach Time Rentals

Our ocean front condo features an open floor plan comfortably accommodating 6 guests. The living room has comfortable seating, flat screen TV, a fireplace and best of all it faces the ocean. The dining area seats 6 and an additional 4 on the kitchen counter. The fully equipped kitchen is completely upgraded with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The spaces on this beach condo flow very well making it a very comfortable property to stay in.

Neutral backgrounds, contemporary styles with bright colors is what defines this rental – Even the beautiful long hallways are decorated nicely with wonderful touches.

Our Gulf front condo boasts 1400 sq ft of living space.

The primary bedroom features a King bed, flat screen TV, ensuite private bath and access to the large waterfront balcony. The second bedroom features 2 Full beds and the third bedroom features a Queen bed. The second bedroom has a tub/shower combination. This Gulf condo sleeps a total of 6-8 guests.

This part of the beach is secluded and somewhat private, you can escape the large crowds by staying in North Clearwater Beach.

*Condo is located on the 4th level; elevator available.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

Location, Location, Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Villa's is a perfect location if you are looking for a quiet place in a busy Beach town. I have stayed there in two different times and units. My first experience was perfect, but this year the condo had problems. The sliding door locks are rusted and don't lock. We had to move the bed to clean the breakfast bars that were left there, etc..

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’m nervous to give this place such a great review because I don’t want it booked up every time I want to go back lol. We couldn’t ask for a better location. It was literally steps from the beach. The condo was clean and nice. It could use a few updates but we weren’t really inside very much so we weren’t really looking for appearance. Mona our manager was on top of everything we needed. It even had beach toys, chairs and umbrellas. It had a coffee pot and all the basic kitchen essentials. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. The only downside was the pool was in between two buildings so it was shaded most of the time, but you have the beach right there if you like sun all day long. We will definitely be coming back.

Amazing views and great location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Villas of Clearwater Beach. The views from the balcony were amazing...we enjoyed drinking coffee out there in the morning and then watching the sunset in the evening! The condo is somewhat outdated and the cleanliness was not superb...we found hair on our beds and in the bathrooms, stains on bedding, and toys found stuffed in the sides of the chairs in the living room. We were able to easily navigate around Clearwater and also to Tampa for a Bucs football game.
