I can't fault the communication, cleanliness or the check-in process, but the house itself needs work. The kitchen in particular is not fit for purpose - the freezer door doesn't close properly, the fridge is missing door shelves, the main oven doesn't work at all, the top oven is too small to compensate and the glass is hanging off, and there are no numbers on the dials so you do not know what temperature you're cooking anything at. The plaster is peeling in the main bathroom. All minor complaints aside, it was fine for what we needed and the TV and WiFi were good and the bedrooms were large
