Enjoy the elegant atmosphere of An American Castle. This National Landmark is a hilltop treasure with spectacular views and majestic sunsets. On-site you can enjoy our heated outdoor pool, our NEWLY renovated indoor pool and spa, fitness room, bbq areas, tennis courts and volleyball. The spacious lobby offers comfortable seating, fireplaces and a restaurant. Our duplex apartment is conveniently located right off the lobby overlooking the tennis courts. The unit consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room with queen size sofa bed and a full bathroom on the first floor. The second floor has two bedrooms and a full bathroom.

Nice place for a family to spread out a bit. Clean and well provisioned. Only downsides are no outdoor space— balcony or patio - on this unit, and you definitely need a car since it’s about a mile to town.

Montauk Memories

The property is located on a hill! The view is stunning. Our condo was warm and inviting with huge windows for lots of natural light. The lobby was grand and cozy, with fire places often lit. The cute bar and restaurant was opened daily. There are two pools, one indoor and one outdoor. The location is close to everything. We enjoyed walking outside daily! We LOVED it!

wonderful week for two old college friends

We had a wonderful week and enjoyed being in this beautiful manor immensely. We strolled the grounds and caught gorgeous sunsets. The shuttle into downtown Montauk (5 mins away) allowed us to untether from our car and parking worries, and to spend time at the ocean and wandering the quaint downtown. It was the perfect spot and we would go back again.

I stayed here with my daughter, son-in-law, and three grandchildren. It was a good size for us. The condo is in good shape and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay here. It was a quick drive to town, to the beach and to Gosman’s dock. We enjoyed the amenities at Montauk Manor, my grandchildren went in both the outdoor pool and the indoor pool, played volley ball and tennis (we found tennis rackets and balls in the closet, along with some books, a few games and extra towels and bedding). The only thing to be aware of, if anyone is planning on sleeping on the pull out couch. The sun comes in very brightly in the morning through the half bay window because there are no blinds on that part of the window. But overall, we had a great stay, enjoyed the condo and would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay.

Our booking exceeded our expectations. Overall an amazing experience, in a beautiful location. The place was immaculately clean. Sitting at the outdoor pool felt like it could be anywhere in Europe. We went on a family vacation with our 2 children, 16 & 10. Town and beach not even a 10 mintute walk.

Gorgeous grounds

The Montauk Manor deserves its landmark designation but it is certainly updated and thoughtfully remodelled. The space is very well laid out and there are lovely vistas from every vantage point. My biggest complaint is the noise. Not necessarily the noise of other guests, but an unexplainable mechanical noise. It was a nuisance mostly just in the quiet of the night and the only détraction to an otherwise delightful stay.
