The cottage is on the edge of the village and the Highland Stoneware pottery is a short walk down the quiet lane, while the main shops, restaurants, hotels, harbour and visitor centre are less than a mile away on the other side of the bay.
On entering this lovely detached cottage, which enjoys a secluded elevated position above Lochinver, you will find yourself in the bright and welcoming lounge/diner. With comfortable seating, TV, hi-fi and wood burner, the traditional and cosy lounge is an ideal space to relax, complete with a charming dining area. Heading into the kitchen, you will find it fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Exploring the ground floor further you will find a cosy double bedroom. Heading upstairs to the first floor you will find two further comfy bedrooms with sloping ceilings. There’s a twin room, and a double with an en-suite WC. You will also find a bathroom complete with shower over the bath and WC.
Stepping outside, you can relax and unwind in the pretty enclosed grounds which encompass several wooded acres with a charming sitting area, a lovely lawn with play equipment and paths leading to a viewpoint for you to fully appreciate the spectacular surroundings.
