Just 3 miles from the coast, you'll be within easy reach of some of Norfolk's most iconic destinations. Spend the day on the award-winning beaches at Holkham (10 miles) and Wells-next-the-Sea (8.5 miles), take a seal trip from Morston (3 miles) to Blakeney Point, or discover the shops, cafés and galleries in the Georgian market town of Holt (5 miles). Birdwatchers will love the reserves at Cley Marshes (5.5 miles), Holkham (9 miles) and Titchwell (18.5 miles), while walkers and cyclists can explore the network of quiet country lanes and footpaths that surround the village.


After a day exploring, return to the comfort of this characterful cottage. The cosy living room features comfortable sofas, and a traditional open fireplace, making it the perfect place to relax all year round. The well-equipped kitchen and dining area combines original Norfolk charm, including a traditional pamment floor and exposed pebble wall, with everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay. Upstairs you'll find two inviting bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one twin room with charming, exposed beams. The ground floor bathroom offers both a bath and separate shower, providing flexibility after days spent walking the coast or countryside.


Outside, guests can enjoy a large, fully enclosed lawned garden, ideal for children and dogs to play safely while you relax with a drink or dine outdoors. Beyond the garden is a beautiful wildflower meadow (not open to guests) managed to encourage birds, butterflies and owls, adding to the peaceful rural setting. Private off-road parking for up to three cars is available directly outside the cottage.
