Be sure to check out the Turkish Baths, RHS Garden Harlow Carr and the Royal Pump Room in Harrogate for some sightseeing to remember.

Head through the front door into the hallway, and into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area, with comfy seating, smart TV and a wood burner, is the perfect spot to relax with some quiet time after a long day so you can cosy up on the sofas with something good on the TV. Heading through to the kitchen area, prepare a meal in the well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, 'Nespresso Vertuo' coffee machine and microwave. The dining area seats four, ideal for catching up with friends or family nearby. Heading upstairs to the first floor, is the sleeping accommodation. The master bedroom is a large double bedroom with large picture windows looking towards the owners’ woodland. Completing the first floor is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Venturing outside to the garden area, you will find a seating area perfect for dining alfresco, and 29 acres of the owners’ woodland to explore, ideal for dog walking. There is off-road parking for one car directly outside the property and additional parking available behind the property.
