With its 5 bedrooms, living spaces, and garden, this accommodation is equally suited for both large and small groups—whether you are a large family, a group of friends, golf travelers, or families with children vacationing together.

Prime location in Tylösand close to absolutely everything!
Leave the car parked, as you can walk to everything Tylösand has to offer. The nearest beach access is just 150 meters away, Halmstad Golf Club is just around the corner, and Hotel Tylösand, with its famous After Beach, is located on the very same street.

You are within comfortable walking distance of all the restaurants in the area. For food enthusiasts, Halmstad's only fine dining restaurant, Fyr, is just 750 meters away. For children with lots of energy to burn, the newly opened Pirate Playground (Piratlekplatsen) is only 850 meters from the house.

Bedrooms (5)
-Bedrooms 1 & 2: 180 cm double beds and large wardrobes (a crib/cot is available in bedroom 1).
-Bedrooms 3, 4 & 5: 160 cm double beds with matching clothes racks or a sideboard for storage. Please note: You walk through the sunroom/conservatory to reach bedroom 5.
-Bed linen is included.
-One set of towels (one hand towel and one bath towel) is included per person per week (for indoor use only – please bring your own towels for the beach).

Kitchen & Living Room
-Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space.
-Dining area for 6 people, which can easily be set for 10 people using the extra folding table and folding chairs available in the house.
-Bright living room with a large seating area (a three-seater sofa + three armchairs with footrests), a cozy wood-burning stove, and large windows overlooking the garden.

Bathrooms, Hallway & Laundry Room
-Two bathrooms with showers (a bathtub is available in the larger bathroom).
-Spacious hallway with plenty of storage, perfect for things like golf bags.
-Laundry room equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Garden & Patios
-Two large patios (front and back) enjoying sun from morning to evening, along with a large lawn.
-Outdoor furniture with a table and 6 chairs is available on the front patio.

Parking & Wi-Fi
-Free parking on the driveway with space for up to 5 cars.
-An EV charging station is available.
-High-speed Wi-Fi is included throughout your stay.

For the Youngest Guests
-A high chair, crib/cot, and changing table are available in the house and are free to use.
-Please note: The house is not otherwise childproofed.
