Welcome to a nice holiday home in Grankullavik on North Öland – with a perfect location for discovering Öland’s most beautiful beaches, fantastic nature and fun excursion destinations. Here you live with only 1 km to a refreshing swim in Grankullavik and with proximity to Böda’s undulating sandy beaches. For those interested in nature, Trollskogen is also within easy reach, where you can walk among windswept trees and experience a fairytale environment that fascinates both young and old. The house is surrounded by a large garden with two terraces and plenty of outdoor furniture, so you can easily choose between sun and shade during the day. There is plenty of space here for relaxing moments, long breakfasts and pleasant barbecue evenings. A nice barbecue area is where you gather around the fire. Inside you are greeted by a cozy living room with comfortable sofa furniture where you can relax after the day’s excursions. The freshly renovated kitchen is well equipped and has a nice dining area for shared meals. You sleep in a bedroom on the ground floor with a 180 cm double bed and a bedroom upstairs with a 160 cm double bed. In the living room there is also a sofa bed that can be made up into an extra 140 cm double bed. Please note that the upstairs is currently under renovation and that only the bedroom on this floor is completed. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, shower and a practical combined washing machine and dryer. The house is not rented to youth groups. The house is cleaned thoroughly if cleaning has not been purchased. Bring your own sheets and towels. It is not allowed to charge electric cars. Charging stations are located in Grankullavik, Trollskogen or Byxelkrok. Here you live in an excellent location for discovering all the gems of Northern Öland. Take a trip to charming Byxelkrok with its restaurants and small shops, or visit Byrums raukar where there are also wonderful beaches. A perfect accommodation for those who want to combine relaxation, nature experiences and wonderful days by the sea on beautiful Northern Öland.
