This house is a beautiful bungalow, with one bedroom downstairs and one upstairs in the converted loft.

The location is perfect for exploring both York and the wider area, as it is less than 2 miles from the city centre and only 3 minutes to the A64 which takes you out to North Yorkshire and the coast. The University of York East Campus is just a 2 minute drive, or 20 minutes on foot.

The space

Downstairs
As you walk in, the space is immediately light, airy and generous.

At the back of the house there is a huge open-plan kitchen, living and dining room with French doors out to the lovely back garden. The large, modern kitchen is a highlight of the home, featuring a central island, generous workspace, and everything needed for cooking and dining together.

There is a separate cosy living room which is the perfect place to relax, complete with a Smart TV for streaming your favourite shows after a day exploring the city or North Yorkshire.

Bedroom 1
On the ground floor is the first bedroom with a double bed. You will find a wardrobe for your clothes and a large dressing table.

Bathroom
The bright main bathroom is located downstairs, featuring a separate bath and shower.

Bedroom 2
The second spacious bedroom is upstairs and also contains a double bed.

Bathroom
Next to the bedroom upstairs there is a separate shower room and toilet.

Outside
To the rear of the property, there is a beautiful private garden, offering a quiet space to enjoy some fresh air. If you are bringing your furry friend, they will enjoy playing out here too!

The space is calm, practical and well suited to short or longer stays. Another huge bonus: free parking on the large driveway!


Guest access
You are welcome to use and enjoy the whole house.

Access to the house is provided via self check-in using the coded key lockbox. You'll be sent the code to the lockbox 72 hours before your stay.

Please contact me on the app if you need anything and we will aim to reply within one hour.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome but they are not permitted to be left alone in the house.

There will be a fine of £100 if any dog poo is left in the garden, so please clean it up! Bags will be provided.
