Named in local dialect to honor the gentle, constant whisper of the breeze in this tranquil corner of the countryside, this cozy holiday home offers a serene getaway near Santa Maria di Leuca—where the two seas meet and Puglia ends.
Located at the very end of a peaceful cul-de-sac road, the location ensures ultimate quiet and relaxation. Staying here feels like stepping back in time: from the outside, the home looks like a charming little farmhouse dating back 70 years, while the interior has been beautifully renovated and features traditional "volte a botte" barrel-vaulted ceilings.
Set on a fully fenced plot, this isolated property ensures total privacy, making it suitable for guests who wish to relax or play music in the evenings without disturbance. The home accommodates up to 4 guests.
The interior is thoughtfully laid out to maximize space and comfort. You will find a private double bedroom featuring sea views and a private en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower. The main living area includes a cozy living room/kitchen space with an indoor fireplace and a double sofa bed. The indoor kitchen features a gas hob, a refrigerator with an ice compartment, an oven, a toaster and an electric kettle. The home is equipped with a TV, a hairdryer, a private washing machine, insect screens and free wifi. Two air conditioning units provide both cooling and heating—one in the bedroom and one in the living area.
The outdoor grounds feature a garden and two rooftop terraces that offer wonderful, panoramic views over the surrounding countryside and the sea. One of the highlights of the property is the outdoor kitchen and barbecue setup. Perfect for dining al fresco, the exterior features a fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner gas stove, a gas barbecue, an outdoor fire pit (braciere), and a dining table with chairs. Guests can also unwind in the private approx. 4.5x2.5m swimming pool equipped with air bubble hydromassage jets. Sun loungers are provided for poolside relaxation.
Ample private open-air parking is available directly next to the property.
The surrounding area offers easy access to the stunning attractions of Castrignano del Capo and Santa Maria di Leuca. The closest dining option is "Ristorante agriturismo Le Serine", located just 700 meters from the house, which serves authentic local cuisine prepared with locally grown ingredients. The closest town, Santa Maria di Leuca, is approx. 4 km away. For daily grocery shopping, there is a supermarket at approx. 1.5 km. The long, sandy beaches of Pescoluse are located about 10 km from the house.
🛏️ Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person.
🧽 Final cleaning is not included and costs €120, unless you clean yourselves before departure.
🐶 Dogs and pets are welcome, if you inform us in advance! Surcharge: €150 for the 1st one, €75 each for the others. Usually max 1 large or 2 small ones are allowed, but exceptions might be possible upon request.
💰 We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €600 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.
⚡ Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,45 on 26/07/2026, when this text was last updated. Prices may slightly change over time.

- We are obliged by law to verify the identity of all our guests. We will therefore ask you to upload copies of your IDs on our (secure) website to verify your identity before handing out the key code for the accommodation. Your personal data is treated in full compliance with EU data protection laws.
- Also, we are obliged to sign a rental agreement with our guests (one person per group). This will be done digitally and requires just a few seconds on your side. You can find a template of the rental agreement on our website.
- Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not allowed at this property unless explicitly authorised beforehand by us in writing.
- In case the local municipality charges a tourist tax, we will ask you to pay this separately to us and we will transfer it to the local authorities as required by law.
- There might be security cameras outside the property, pointing at the garden, the terraces or the parking area. There are no security cameras inside the house or in private areas.
- Please note that, like for all houses in Italy, the power allowance of the house is limited and you might not be able to always use all electric appliances simultaneously. No need to worry: most guests don't even notice this limitation.
- Unlimited wifi is included in the price for normal use. Fair use policies might apply. Please note that we cannot guarantee any specific connection speed nor coverage across all rooms in the building. We're happy to provide more details upon request.
