About this property

On the edge of Périgord and on the borders of Limousin

Near Terrasson and all the prehistoric sites of the Dordogne, Lascaux 4 to 20mns, this beautiful house has a large private pool that opens and closes for swimming in all weathers. It has a jacuzzi overlooking a magnificent panoramic view of the Vézere Valley and the Brive Basin. The 4 bedrooms all have their private bathroom and are very spacious. The large living room / dining room has a large semi-professional kitchen on one side and opens onto a large covered terrace on the other side. Ideal for holidays at the end of the driveway is a very good restaurant that can even deliver meals and owner who lives next will be very happy to help you to advise you pleasant strolls. Sarlat, Les Eyzies and Brive are within an hour drive and gardens Eyrignac deserve a detour. In winter the pool is closed but the jacuzzi is operational.

Accueil chaleureux par Pierre avec présentations complètes de la maison et des annexes, piscine, jacuzzi et vélos. Ensemble ultra confortable dans un environnement verdoyant et calme. Pierre est sympathique, souriant, disponible et efficace. Lors d'une soirée anniversaires Pierre nous a cuisiné un délicieux repas local, servi avec bonne humeur et à l'assiette comme au restaurant. Il nous a même fait goûter ses confitures et sa brioche maison. Beaucoup de curiosités à voir dans les environs, avec les bons conseils de Pierre. Nous avons passé 2 semaines depaysantes et reposantes. Une adresse à retenir pour y revenir dès que possible.

Merveilleux séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Marie Pierre.L'annonce est fidèle à ce que nous avons trouvé, même si la surface habitable est plus grande que ce que montre les photos. L'endroit est magnifique et la vue dominante sur la vallée est vraiment un plus.Merci pour l'accueil et la grande disponibilité de Marie Pierre. Notre séjour en famille à Cublac a été une réussite ! La maison est très propre et bien agencée, et le jardin clos (nécessaire pour nos chiens). Le lieu est impeccablement tenu et tout à fait conforme aux photos du site. Bref, nous conseillons sans réserve. PS un petit correctif : il n'y a pas de sèche linge.

Super séjour en famille

Un gîte très agréable et fonctionnel, parfait pour accueillir notre grande réunion de famille de fin d'année dans les meilleures conditions, pour les grands et les petits. La grande pièce à vivre est très chaleureuse et les chambres lumineuses et confortables. Le spa nous attendait dans le jardin, un vrai bonheur ! Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants et sympathiques tout au long de notre réservation. Je recommande sans hésiter !
