Silverthorne has become very attractive with new restaurants, bars, and things to do. Very close and easy access to all of the Epic Pass locations to use this as a home base for ski trips.

Comfortable stay!

Thank you for allowing us to stay and enjoy your condo home. We loved everything about it except the couch pillows were very flat and dirty and the bed pillows were very flat/overused, as well. Also, the sliding glass door blinds were broken which allowed alot of afternoon heat into the unit. Other than those 3 things, the place was very comfortable and relaxing. We will definitely refer our friends to you and thank you again for a great holiday stay!

Nothing as promised in the listing. Lists wood burning fireplace, but upon arrival a sign says your not allowed to use it. Hint: then don’t include it in your listing. Access code to pool didn’t work and pools at adjacent buildings were shut down. Specifically booked this property for pool access with my young kids. Bed linens for pullout couch were not even the right size! Submitted request for partial refund due to all the issues and was sent a ridiculously low amount. Vacasa’s local team is a complete joke and of no support.

Nothing as advertised

The Game room in the building was locked and I was told it wasn’t included even though it’s advertised. Pool and hot tub (as advertised as in the same building as the condo) were out of service as well as the one in the building next door that they tried to offer. There’s a sign in condo stating not to use fireplace so if that’s something you wanted to enjoy…look elsewhere. The management company will try to charge you $25 for lost items reported even if you offer to pick them up and even if they do not find the item. Reporting issues seems to come from someone who seems almost automated. I kept getting the same useless answers and I was told that I needed to take my issues to the HOA. Not a pleasant experience for my family at all.

Nice Condo with a few surprises

The unit appeared clean with welcoming decor, stocked well with essentials and in good repair but we did have a few surprises. The mattress in the master needs to be replaced-it has a crater in each side that makes you sink to the middle of the bed. The comforter had dried food on it. The mattress in the second bedroom is also old and needs to be replaced. Other than that, the unit was great. The pool and hot tub were open and water was very enjoyable and relaxing. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The salt and pepper shakers were empty so we left the ones we brought with us (I hope that was ok), otherwise it had everything we needed to cook our meals each day and do the dishes-which there were plenty available to use! We did find a sign in the unit asking renters to run the dishwasher (which we always do), strip the beds and start a load of laundry. I thought that was a bit odd considering 1-the sign was dirty, 2-we pay a hefty cleaning fee, and 3-the email I received during our stay omits the laundry comment, however, the sign is posted in the kitchen asking renters to do it. The Housekeeping team also arrived before checkout, which caught us by surprise and made us feel rushed to get out. Other than that, we enjoyed our time there and would stay again with new mattresses. It's in a great location and the views are beautiful.

Hated the non personal local vacasa business model. Supplies and kitchen woefully lacking. NO communication or info on building....broken wagons for luggage hauling..needs a deep clean. I could go on...but I doubt you really care

This property has everything. Great setting in a quiet place. Wildlife can be observed outside by buildings. Pool and other community settings not accessible due to virus.
