This freshly renovated 44 m² apartment awaits you in the residential Los Álamos area of Torremolinos: quiet, well connected and with everything close by. Guests rate the location 9.1 on Booking, and it shows: Los Álamos train station is about 400 metres away (bus stops practically at the door), supermarkets, restaurants and a pharmacy are 450 metres away, and Los Álamos Beach is roughly 900 metres — a 15-minute stroll.

The bedroom has two single beds, and the living-dining room offers a sofa bed, air conditioning and heating, a sofa and a Smart TV. The bathroom is complete with shower and hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, Italian-style coffee maker and a Dolce Gusto capsule machine, along with pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and fast 270 Mbps WiFi. Bed linen and towels are included, with blankets and a duvet added in winter.

The sea-view terrace is the perfect spot for your morning coffee (and the only area where smoking is allowed). The building has a lift and a seasonal outdoor pool, open roughly from 15 June to 15 September (dates are approximate; pool use may be affected by water restrictions).

Getting here is easy: from Málaga Airport (6 km), the C1 train reaches Los Álamos in about 8 minutes, followed by a 7-minute walk; a taxi takes around 15 minutes. Free street parking is available. Key handover is arranged with you before arrival, at the building entrance.
