The house was perfect for all 12 adults. Definitely well equipped with everything we needed. Very spacious and comfortable. The location was great for the attractions we wanted to visit.

Great spaces for all! Enough rooms for privacy but also nice big spaces for everyone to join in on games, etc. with plenty of seating.Beautiful views of the beach and the street side room had pretty views of the bay.Plenty of parking space too!

Beautiful, huge house right on the Gulf.Private boardwalk to the beach and a nice little pool that saved our stay! Jellyfish were out in abundance, so the pool was our only reprieve. Highly recommended!

Great beach house!

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back! The kitchen was well equipped, the house is spacious and relatively quiet, the views are awesome, and overall the home and boardwalk to the beach were accessible to all members of our large family. Thank you!!

Family Vacay

Loved the house. Some things need a little maintenance-ice maker, light in bathroom. We all had a great time and each had their own room and bathroom and were very happy. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location!

We enjoyed our family vacation in this beach house. We did have trouble with the elevator & the TVs, the satellite service was cut off and we had to stream shows online, which often would disconnect from the internet. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Family Getaway

The house fit our family perfectly. We had 8 adults and 8 children, ages 12 years to 7 months. We loved the private pool and private boardwalk. The well-stocked kitchen, with 2 refrigerators, made meal preparation a breeze. We would definitely recommend this property for large groups!

Yassy House Review

Overall a nice big house. Everyone enjoyed it. The one issue is that the house has several large picture windows over looking the beach. Unfortunately the seals appear to have leaked and there is condensation in the windows which takes away from the views

Spring Fling

This was a great property for our family! We all enjoyed the large family/kitchen/dining/laundry area. Elevator was perfect for grandparents, heated pool and boardwalk was special for everyone! We would definitely return. The only suggestion I would offer is to allow housekeeping more time to clean such a large house.

Beach Bash @ Yassy House

The Beach Bash @ Yassy House was truly an excellent choice for bringing together family and friends to celebrate summer—and especially our August birthdays! Everyone had a wonderful time and we were honestly sad to leave. The house itself is spacious, comfortable, and easily accommodated our entire family. We especially appreciated the elevator, the beautiful views, and the large, inviting living room that made it easy for everyone to gather. Every part of the house was clean, well-kept, and enjoyable around the clock. And the pool? A fantastic bonus that kept the kids entertained nonstop. An unforgettable stay—we look forward to returning!”
