On the upper floor is the 182 m² salle des fêtes: a spacious living room, large kitchen, private bar, and a large open fireplace. The second house has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The third house is entirely on one level: two bedrooms, one bathroom, a compact living room with a wood-burning stove, and its own kitchen. The swimming pool is wheelchair-accessible from this house.

Exterior
The Cour forms the beating heart of the villa. Next to the pool, a covered outdoor kitchen with a barbecue provides the perfect setting for long summer evenings. Vintage streetlamps, ornate iron balconies, and natural stone details enhance the ambiance. Here, you can enjoy the large private pool and the expansive surrounding landscape.

La Chapelle is peacefully situated in a green setting surrounded by meadows and quaint villages, such as Verteillac and Ribérac, located 6 km and 18 km away respectively. From the villa, you can easily explore the local markets and attractions of the Dordogne.
