With a direct walking path to the sea, the villa offers an excellent combination of beachside convenience, privacy and space.

Inside, you'll find six bedrooms with double beds, four bathrooms, a guest WC, a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi and a pool table — everything you need for a relaxing group getaway.

The private outdoor area is perfect for enjoying the Cyprus sunshine, featuring an 8 × 4 metre swimming pool, hot tub, sea views, a large garden, sunbeds, comfortable seating and covered outdoor dining. Fire up the traditional charcoal BBQ and enjoy relaxed meals together with family or friends.

The villa is also ideally placed for exploring Ayia Napa. Katsarka Beach is just a short stroll away, while the famous Nissi Beach is around a five-minute drive. Restaurants, shops and the town centre are conveniently close by.
