We absolutely loved our stay at the Villa! The accommodations were absolutely perfect for our group of 14. Our son was married on the property and he and his bride couldn’t have been happier with their choice to have an intimate ceremony with family. The pool was loved by all, the room configuration worked perfect, and the kitchen was well stocked for all of our cooking. The views and outdoor living were phenomenal! Would absolutely stay here again!

Hands down the best house we have ever stayed at!! The view was amazing and the set up was perfect for our group of 13. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. Chris went out of his way to make our stay unforgettable. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

The property is beautiful. The view is magnificent. It was perfect for our big family gathering because every room had its own bathroom. Two of the downstairs bedrooms had their own living rooms. My only caution is, you will need water shoes to access the ocean for some great snorkeling as the entry is very rocky with lots of sea urchins. We saw lots of fish and even an eel. It's really great. Chris is very attentive and took care of any issues we had. Last but not least, the pool was clean and really refreshing. If I have a complaint, it's minor. The couches in the living room are uncomfortable, but with that view, who cares.

Beautiful vacation rental! We loved every minute there. Chris was wonderful and responsive. Had plenty of space and the grounds were so enjoyable. The rooms were beautiful and there were plenty of pool toys and floats, The bath products were incredible and there was a great supply of towels and paper products. The hot tub was large and so enjoyable. The views are breathtaking. Felt safe with the locking gate at night. Visited several beaches on Saint Thomas and Saint John, but the small one just a walk or short drive down the street was awesome too. Very quiet and found tons of sea glass while snorkeling there. Created lasting memories with our large family and will definitely return!

The house accommodated our group of 16 very well. Especially enjoyed the large, suite type rooms on the lower level, that all bedrooms either had their own bathroom or one very close by, the wonderful outdoor space with infinity pool, huge sandy (and somewhat shady area) with the volleyball court, hammock, lots of additional sand space for kids to "dig in the sand" and to accommodate other games that we brought. And the view from the pool area, living room and many of the bedrooms was amazing!! Host was easy to communicate with and gave us a little informational "tour" of the house upon arrival...much appreciated. Highly recommend!!

Perfect location! We never tired of the view every single morning! Great space for a large group. The kitchen had absolutely everything you need to cook for a large group. The host was easy to communicate with and offered suggestions. I would absolutely stay again!

The property was awesome, the snorkeling in the bay was awesome, the kids enjoyed the side yard and searching for hermit crabs. The property was very private, but easy access to the Red Hook area for restaurants, bars, shops, and the ferry to St John. There was plenty of space for the 13 members of our family. The hosts, were great and meet us at the property to do a walk through when we arrived. I would defiantly recommend.

Friends Trip for a Surprise Birthday

We had an awesome experience! The location was great - convenient and close to Red Hook. The view was fantastic! The property manager was great to work with. 100% recommend and would stay here again!
