Villa Del Mar is a private estate you will have full access to with rental.
The step-free great room is connected to the primary terrace with infinity edge pool, lounge space with outdoor dining area, gas grill and expansive ocean views. The second terrace with lounge & additional dining and game space enjoys ocean views tropical trees and flowers.
Two bedroom suites in the main house: Suite one with king bed, en-suite bath, outdoor double headed shower with ocean views, walk-in closet and private terrace. Suite two on main level with king bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and private terrace with ocean views. Suites three and four in the Main level tower - each with king beds, en-suite bathrooms, walk-in closets, private terraces with ocean views.
The apartment has its own entrance and private garden with a view of the ocean, includes a bedroom with a queen bed and attached bathroom. The apartment living area is air-conditioned and has comfortable leather sofas with a full size pull-out sofa bed for up to two children, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.

Located in the gated community of Mahogany Run, the security patrolled neighborhood is suitable for walking and exercise. The villa has a private gate for added security. Minutes from Charlotte Amalie, Red Hook, many beaches and the ferry to St. John.

The listed rate is for ten individuals, $100 additional per person up to twelve- contact for reservation request. Children under two are not included in final head count. Outdoor cameras are in use on the property. One at front walk up / overlooking parking area and one overlooking mechanical room entrance. Please note- The pool is not fenced and drop offs are present.
