Stunning views at this huge, beautiful home in Mahogany Run! Grab views of Lovenlund bay and relax by your private pool in this stunning, Northside, house!

Start your vacation off by sipping your favorite cocktail in the private pool! This beautiful home can accommodate ten people, making this spacious home a perfect location for a family or group of friends.

This amazing Mahogany Run Villa is the perfect, private getaway. With beautiful views of Lovenlund Bay and a private pool, you can be sure to find quiet and affordable luxury.

With room for 10 people, this huge villa is just the right size for a family or a group of friends. Cook meals in your own kitchen, or on the BBQ grill located on the balcony off the kitchen.



UPSTAIRS

Upon arrival, you will walk into the spacious foyer and huge open kitchen! The living room is to your left along with the main upstairs bedroom. Back in the kitchen, walk out the French doors to reach the upstairs balcony, the BBQ grill, and the second upstairs bedroom.

- Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.

- One-half bathroom with a toilet and sink.

- Kitchen and main living room.



DOWNSTAIRS

Walk downstairs from the kitchen. At the bottom of the stairs, you will find the second living room, the laundry room, a full bathroom, and three more bedrooms. This is also where you will walk out to the pool area. Each bedroom offers a TV, ensuite bathroom, and a private door onto the balcony and pool area.

- One full bathroom with shower and toilet.

- Laundry room.

- Second living room with TV and mini-fridge.

You will have access to the entire house, and you will not share this space with anyone else.

You won't see us unless you need us! Philo Villas is available to all guest 24/7 by phone calls.

Mahogany Run is located on the Northside of the island. This part of the island is quiet and REMOTE. Please note that you will need to drive to any location from this house. This community is not within walking distance of any amenities.

Because this is a remote location, we recommend renting a vehicle. This house offers a large driveway that can accommodate up to four vehicles.

If you choose to use taxi services during your stay we have great taxi recommendations. ** PLEASE NOTE it can be challenging to find taxis in this area.

HOW TO GET AROUND THE ISLAND

Rent a vehicle! This is absolutely the best way to get around on St. Thomas and in this area. Plus, there is plenty of free parking available at this house.

Taxis are the only other way around the island of St. Thomas. Please know that because of the remote location, this house can be a challenge to find taxis. If you decide to use a taxi service it is best to schedule in advance. We have great recommendations if needed.

We had a wonderful, relaxing trip. The house is beautiful. The views are stunning. The house is very spacious. We loved that the kitchen had everything needed to make meals there. The beach is literally 10 minutes from the house (driving).Communication with the host was some of the best I've ever experienced. We would love to go back and stay at this house again.

Great house for groups!

We had a great stay here. It’s a perfect house for larger groups and we really enjoyed the large kitchen, grill and the pool. A bit tricky to get to and the roads aren’t great but it was super quiet. Highly recommend!

Privacy and amazing views

Mahogany Villa is exactly what the owners claim. Our large group of 5 couples occupied the entire house but never felt cramped. The kitchen was well appointed and central to our daily life on the island for 10 days. The outdoor amenities were well used and the views were great. We even got to see daily hawk soaring over the trees that surround the property!

Spacious, clean, gorgeous!! Joanne was excellent at communicating with me. Comfy beds, lots of space to make yourself at home. Large kitchen, great information guide, quiet location. Close to beaches but the backyard is amazing, you may never want to leave! Thank you for opening your home!!

House is perfect for a large group. Every bedroom has its own bathroom which is perfect. House was pretty clean, however, first thing I saw when walking in was the dirty air vents. No dishwasher detergent, terrible vacuum so no good way to clean house. Also only 8 forks in house so for 10 didn’t work great. House is a bit challenging to get to. When arriving our gate code did not work but a security guard let us in. Hosts did resolve that issue next day and did bring us propane for grill. Views are amazing

The house is clean and spacious and beautiful, the rooms are big. The view is magnificent.The air conditioning of 2 rooms broke down, which the HVAC couldn’t repair right away. The property manager and host was able to get us portable ac which help a little. Because of how big the rooms are, the portable ac could only do so much. Both propane tanks were empty and we didn’t realize it until the last night when we decided to have burgers and hotdogs late at night. We ended up using the oven instead. Not a problem at all.

We absolutely loved everything about the property, every time I called fur assistance, the owner was very helpful. We had an issue with one of the room’s ceiling fans and she sent someone out immediately. We came right after a hurricane and the pool was dirty and she sent the pool cleaner right away. The house was stocked with everything from towels, detergent, cleaning supplies, insect spray, sun tan spray, lotions, pots and pans, seasonings, water, and snacks. She had a binder full of things to do, nearby stores, and taxi options. The view from the back yard was beautiful! We loved that each room has its own controlled AC unit with a personal bathroom. Stunning home and highly recommend.
