We can arrange a private chef who will come to the villa as well as yoga instructors and person masseuses---anything you need for a fabulous vacation. From your first step through the floral wrought iron entrance gates, you will be surrounded by tropical flowers and panoramic views of ocean, bay and beach. The views are mesmerizing. Below the villa is a pristine nature preserve that extends down to the beach. The gorgeous, totally new gourmet kitchen with Italian granite and Spanish onyx counters is a chef’s delight. It features solid wood hand-crafted cabinets, new dishwasher, double refrigerators with ice makers, in-drawer microwave, walk-in pantry stocked with cooking essentials, spices and paper goods. The vast counters allow your family or guests to nibble on appetizers or help in meal preparation without getting in each other’s way. The barbeque is perfect for outdoor cooking and eating al fresco. The adjacent formal dining room seats 8 and boasts a mammoth baroque mirror and Tuscan sideboard. The Great Room features a wall of glass affording sea views from every vantage point. Step out onto the largest of the many terraces and decks that grace the villa and notice how the turquoise of the bay near the beach gradually gives way to the deep blue of the ocean beyond. Take your first dip in the crystal clear over-sized swimming pool (among the largest on the island). A Fire Pit with chars and chaise lounges awaits a few steps down on the lower terrace . On opposite side of the Great room, you can enjoy another outdoor terrace with a garden setting of palms, Birds of Paradise and other exotica, complete with garden fountain. It is the perfect place for reading and watching the finches and hummingbirds. The world-famous mile-long Magen's Bay Beach is directly below the villa. You can hear the waves and watch world-class yachts entering the bay. Magen's Bay is the home to the most rainbows. It is common to see 4-5 each week. You will have to drive to the beach because the terrain is so forested. However, it is an easy drive of 2 left turns. You can also make a right turn and go down to Hull Bay Beach. All beaches are public and Google maps works perfectly everywhere. In a bold departure from the typical Caribbean villa, this modern paradise oozes elegance in every possible way. You will enjoy gorgeous new tile in every room of this villa. Every room has a Blue-ray player and a flat screen TV. The villa has an excellent DVD library for our guests or feel free to bring your own. Enjoy the fully stocked wet bar which operates on an honor system (replace what you consume with something of equal quality and amount when you leave). High speed internet is available is every area of the villa. The villa has 4 spacious master suites with private bathrooms. Three have private decks for morning coffee or evening cocktails, star gazing or taking in the gorgeous panoramic views. Each room is air conditioned, has distinctive ocean view, all new furniture and an ocean theme. All bathrooms have been updated with granite, marble, or pretty tile. Glass vessel sinks and walk in showers are features that get rave reviews. Each room has a luxurious rug, soft cotton or bamboo sheets, comforters, huge mirrors, luggage racks, sofas or chairs, ceiling fans, and large closets. Being on the North side of the island allows this villa to capture the trade winds and generally keeps the entire house cool with gentle breezes. On the rare occasion that is not cool enough, we are one of the few villas with a new AC unit in the Great Room as well as each bedroom. Solar panels linked to state-of-the-art Tesla Power Walls allow us to capture, retain, and use the sun’s energy. Guests love staying in a home that will be making the planet healthier every day.
