The chef’s kitchen is a highlight, featuring new stainless-steel appliances, sleek quartz countertops, a breakfast bar, and a cozy kitchen seating area that overlooks the ocean. This space not only makes preparing meals a pleasure but also invites everyone to gather and share moments with a view. Just outside the kitchen door, the redesigned heated deck offers the perfect spot to catch the sunrise or host family gatherings. The deck leads to one of the most secluded beach areas in Palmetto Dunes, providing a peaceful retreat by the ocean.
For the kids, the newly added bunkroom on the second floor is a space designed for fun and relaxation, with sleeping accommodations for 6. Complete with a smart TV, mini-fridge, and its own bathroom, it’s an ideal spot for everyone to enjoy. Also on the second floor is a new covered balcony offering private access to two bedrooms, perfect for sipping your morning coffee while soaking in the peaceful ocean views. An Electric Heat Pump can be used to heat the pool from April - September for an additional fee of $300 plus tax per week, as it only heats the pool 20 degrees warmer than the lowest outdoor temperature. Spa Heat* is gas heat and can be heated for an additional $225 + weekly tax. (NOT INCLUDED WITH POOL HEAT)
• * 4 adult unisex bikes and beach wagon are included in your amenity fee when booking. Not included with rentals over 21 nights.
