Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay in Osterville at this home. It was clean, perfectly laid out for a larger group. Furnishings/home were new and beautiful. Location is great for everything Osterville has to offer. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Could not recommend this home more.

Fantastic Cape Cod vacation

The house is absolutely beautiful! We had a wonderful experience and Christine was great and easy to deal with. The house was stunning with many upgrades throughout giving us plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for a great time. The outside patio was spacious with seating for many with a nice fire pit and a ping pong table to enjoy. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone with an extended family vacation coming up!

It was our first time at the Cape, and we chose to stay in Osterville because it seemed pretty centralized to the cities we wanted to spend time in. Spent a week with our family of 7 including 2 littles and was blown away by how GORGEOUS the stay was. Perfect bedroom setup for our family, large spacious kitchen, indoor/outdoor living spaces, some fantastic natural light, a wet bar, and fire pit. The home is all beautifully decorated and the area is so picturesque. Lots to do in town… we could have spent weeks just exploring. So much to do! Check in/out was easy! If Christine would have us, we would love to be back. Thanks for a safe and peaceful stay, Christine!

The house was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. However, it’s located on a street with faster traffic than we expected, so we didn’t feel comfortable walking in the neighborhood. The advertised “private beach” was also somewhat difficult to access, as the path to it went through a marshy area.During our stay, we experienced an issue with the hot water. We were understanding about it and didn’t request compensation at the time. After our visit, the host charged us for coffee pods even though we explained to her we had brought our own and didn’t use any provided. When we reached out to clarify and ask about reimbursement for having no hot water, we unfortunately didn’t receive a response.It’s a lovely home overall, but our experience didn’t quite match the expectations we had for a higher-end rental.
