We stayed at the apartment for 5 days when we were in Milan. There were 3 adults. The apartment was perfect. We cooked dinner and breakfast and it had everything we needed for that. The location was ideal. In a neighborhood so we felt like we were away from all of the other tourists but walking distance to great “neighborhood” cafes, grocery store, Gelaterias, restaurants, etc but a short Metro ride to all of Milan’s major attractions. Walking around at night felt super safe, we have no problems with the wifi, I did not hear the tram but my daughter did but did not impact her stay. Owner and local contact were easy to reach. Highly recommend.

Great location, but unit facilities could be improved.

Lovely unit but some issues with bedroom doors not able to stay closed, black mould on hand-held shower, and unfortunately lacking basic amenities such as kettle, toaster, coffee/tea; toilet paper and toiletries that were essential for a 2 week stay. And should be standard inclusions at this price point. Note: The heaters rattled loudly every time a tram went by, and the main shower rose sprayed in all directions which was annoying. However it was a comfortable stay despite all of this; and I would still recommend it. Landlord was great with communication, and late check out request.

The apartment was ok, but there was a lot of outside noise due to the trolley right outside. The internet is a problem and doesn't work well. The management is very nice and tried to fix it with no success.

Beautiful Apartment, Beautiful Neighborhood!

We loved our stay at this apartment and wish we had a couple more days. It was exactly as described, easy to find and convenient to Metro, Duomo area, great restaurants within a couple of blocks. It was quiet, secure, clean and working with Stefania and Fiorella was great. I highly recommend this apartment for a long or short stay in Milan!

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this guest. The apartment was left in an exceptionally dirty and untidy condition, requiring extensive additional cleaning beyond what is normally expected after a stay. We therefore had to request an additional cleaning fee to cover the extra work required to restore the apartment to its usual standard. We always aim to provide a clean and comfortable home for our guests and expect the same level of respect for the property in return.
