Great NON-SMOKING, NO PETS ALLOWED..Easy to Get to, Short Drive To San Diego Fun

This is a cozy 1150 square foot 2 bedroom , 1full bathroom with jacuzzi tub and a half bath as well, furnished condo in Bonita. Everything in Condo is NEW. There is a Laundry Room, Pool, and Outdoor Jacuzzi on site. There is also a dedicated parking spot for unit. ( Which in San Diego is a blessing) There is a starbucks, resturants, and grocery stores just down the road in Bonita as well as a golf course and walking / jogging trails. The condo is located off the 54 freeway. The property is a short drive to Downtown, Airport, Coronado, Lajolla, Zoo, Sea World, Point Loma, Beaches, Old Town, and all other sights San Diego offers. This is a Great place to stay and enjoy San Diego. There are air mattresses in front closet, as well as tv's and dvd players in both bedrooms and living room. The condo has basic cable, and is completely furnished with everything needed to accommodate stay. There is Pool, Laundry Room, and Jacuzzi access keys, as well as your dedicated covered labeled parking spot right down from the unit. The unit has very nice, plush queen mattress sets in each bedroom. There is also board games in unit for use, as well as small ice coolers to take to beach if needed. In the unit we also have beach towels and chairs to take to the beach if you would like. This is a quiet living area and as of 10 pm noise needs to be to a minimum out of respect for neighbors. Again there in absolutely NO SMOKING or PETS ALLOWED. To go and visit any sights in San Diego you are only a short drive to most all of them. Monday thru Friday 7am - 9am and 4pm till 6ish I would try and avoid being on freeways due to high traffic. (These are just my opinions on driving in San Diego Area) . If you want a Great place to stay at night, that is very nice and clean, this would be one to consider. The prices will change on Holidays and special events, that being said don't hesitate to contact me with questions.

We spent 4 days in San Diego. We were about 20 minutes from everything. A grocery store and restaurants close by. Host was very responsive to text and good to answer questions.

We had a wonderful stay! The host went above and beyond, always checking in to make sure everything was going well and making us feel truly welcomed. The property was spotless and had everything we needed for our large family to feel comfortable. It was spacious, well-kept, and perfect for our gathering. The only small downside was that it did get a bit warm inside during the day, but overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Chula Vista. It was incredibly comfortable, clean and had everything we needed with plenty of space and great amenities. The location was perfect, just a short drive to everything we wanted to do, in a safe and quiet area. The complex has a pool and jacuzzi and it was quiet and peaceful at night. We slept great in the comfortable beds.Communication was excellent throughout our stay. Joe was so accommodating and easy to reach, which made everything smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting the area and will definitely be back next time we’re in town.

Good place for families to stay in San Diego

This condo was a nice place for my family to stay while visiting San Diego. It is very close to CA-94 as well as I-5 and the 805 so you're not too far from any of the major attractions in San Diego. Condo was clean and serviceable for a large family to cook meals in. There is also a pool in the complex which my children enjoyed during some down time parts of the trip. Owner was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had during my stay.

This apartment was exactly as described in the listing. It is clean, practical, and affordable. Luxurious no, but very very comfortable. Clean, comfortable and well-appointed condo was perfect for our family of 5. The unit was nicely updated & thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed including beach chairs & towels. Kids also spent time in the pool and hot tub. The unit is well located and approximately 15-20 minutes to many attractions. Lastly, the owner, Joe, was super friendly and easy to communicate with. Great for our family!

We stayed 7 nights and the accomadations were excellent. We played hard everyday then came home to a quiet place that truly started to feel like home. Joe was great and quick to get back to us on any questions. There were beach towels, a beach bag, chairs, toys and small coolers that we used daily as we explored San Diego. Host Makes the Stay

The complex the unit is in is right off a major highway but is very quiet with plenty of friendly neighbors around. The assigned parking space is a short walk from the bottom floor unit. A well maintained and very clean space greeted us as we easily navigated the arrival and entry process. The unit has comfy couches in the main space and queen beds (rare bonus) in both rooms. Double bathrooms was a huge help for multiple families. A simple kitchen and dining area makes for cost savings by cooking over dining out. Overall, I would consider staying here again if I were to visit.

Good experience

We stayed for 3 nights- 2 adults and 4 children, ages 5-10. Nice area, quiet at night, clean condo and nice that there was a pool on site. Lots of thoughtful extras in the condo- nightlight in the hallway, beach towels and toys and everything you would need in a kitchen. Right off the highway, so everything was a short drive and easy to access- we went to the beach, restaurants, grocery, movie theater and the zoo.

great place to stay in San Diego

Joe was amazing even before we arrived - he gave me all of the check-in info we needed and even checked-in with us the evening we arrived to make sure everything was okay. My son was so comfortable on the couch we didn't even use the air mattresses, and all of the other extras (day-trip backpack we used for the zoo, beach towels we used at the pool, games for the family, etc.) were very-much appreciated. Joe was readily available throughout our stay, and even recommended some great activities and restaurants (even though we didn't have time to take advantage of them). Overall, this was definitely a great place for my family and if we ever make it to the San Diego area again, we'll try to stay here!

Why they chose this property

We absolutely LOVE San Diego, and the little town of Bonita is very quiet kinda feels like retirement town, there is a golf course less than two miles away, Starbucks across the street from that, also around the golf course there is a walking trail that has people around the clock using it. If you are looking for a PARTY pad, this is not the one for you. Thank You

What makes this property unique

The very next exit up from freeway is a swap meet every Saturday and Sunday. Coronado Island is just a short drive down the, like most everything in San Diego. So after a day of fun, you can come back and relax at the condo. All we ask is that you take as much pride and care for it as we do and have a Great time enjoying your vacation.
