both properties are seperate from the property we live in, we have a seperate drive and the front of our property faces away from the manoir and the mill,which has its own enclosed garden, drive and 12 meter pool.
To the rear of the property is a bridle way, which meanders through meadows and woods to the village of Lauzun.
About a Mile up the road is the pretty hill top village of Lalandusse, which still has a bar-restaurant.
We provide 8 bikes FREE so you can free wheel
back home in 3 mins.
There is a new supper market, 10 min away. And a variety of local vine-yards about 3 min

Pool security and heating: We have found alarm systems unreliable so we have installed the latest and best security system available.
Turn the key and the pool is completely covered ,and securely closed by a electrically operated roll on cover made of PVC slat which can support 100kgs.
Turn the key again and the pool automatically opens.
The pool is always warm no matter what the weather. For 4 months of the year.
Heated by a top of the range heat exchange unit ( works like a fridge but in reverse) which is out of sight behind the pool house.

3 Bedrooms Manoir:
Bedroom 1) 1st floor. large double bed with on-suit shower room with toilet.
Bedroom 2) 2nd floor. Large double bed next to large shared bathroom with shower and bath.
Bedroom 3) 2nd floor. One double bed and one silgle bed

There is also two folding single beds which can be put in living room or large hallway on second floor. or in the Mill next door

4 Bedroom Mill:
Bedroom 1) Large double bed with on-suit shower room and toilet.
Bedroom 2) Large double Bed and One single Bed, with on-suit shower room and toilet.
Bedroom 3) Large double bed.
Bedroom 4) One single bed and one bunk bed.
Both bedroom 3 and 4 share Bathroom and seperate toilet.

Possibility to rent a cottage for 5 persons for 800€ per week.
