Decorated like an Arcachon hut by an artist from the Arcachon Basin, this independent gîte, labeled "Naturally B'A", Classified 2 ** Prefectural approval, offers all the conditions for a pleasant stay near oyster ports, the coast, from the beach which can be discovered on foot.
It consists of a bedroom with a 140 bed, sleeping 2 people, flat screen TV, bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, living room with sitting area (BZ sofa, sleeping 1 person), very functional, dining area, flat screen TV.
A covered pergola, with lighting, enriches the private garden of 200 m2 with a relaxation area, trees and secure. For everyone's rest, relaxes are available
Peace is assured for a harmonious holiday
Vehicles are parked outside, near the gîte.
our animal freinds are not admitted
THE GITE IS RENTED FROM MINIMUM 2 NIGHTS
In high season, July and August, the rental of the cottage is only granted from Saturday to Saturday

Arrivée très rapide ?? Nous vous avons consacré un accueil de plus d'une demi heure de conseils pour votre séjour, alors la rapidité ?... Le gîte fait 30 m2 de superficie, cela est précisé sur le descriptif de notre site. La pièce de vie 15 m2. Nous ne sommes pas responsables de la météo... vous le savez C'est vrai qu'en été c'est mieux, (jardin, pergola, terrasse, environnement verdoyant) Nous trouvons regrettable de ne pas vous avoir satisfaits.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjours, les propriétaires ont été très chaleureuses, et de bon conseil concernant les activités aux alentours. L'hébergement agréable avec un extérieur très appréciable, et bien aménagé. Mais hébergement un peu loin de la plage pour la baignade.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons été accueillis par 2 charmantes dames qui ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Malgré un temps parfois changeant, nous avons pu faire beaucoup de choses autour du bassin d'Arcachon, la maison étant très bien située. Le jardin est très riche de variétés de plantes et très agréable quand il ne pleut pas. Allez-y sans hésiter.

Little Italy au Bassin d' Arcachon

Mit Gujan-Mestras und der Ferienwohnung in der Casa Rosa haben wir eine sehr gute Wahl getroffen! Wir waren Anfang Juni hier. Der Ort ist ruhiger als Arcachon und bietet mit seinen sieben Austernhäfen etwas ganz Besonderes! Casa Rosa wurde von den Italien liebenden Gastgeberinnen so getauft und war für uns ein wunderbarer Ort. Die Ferienwohnung ist klein, aber fein und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht! Das maritime Dekor, das sehr geschmackvoll ist, zieht sich wie ein roter Faden durch die Wohnung und gibt ihr ein besonderes Flair. Man profitiert auch von dem sehr gepflegten Garten und hat die Wahl zwischen zwei Sitzplätzen im Freien. Die beiden Gastgeberinnen haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und mit viel Informationsmaterial versorgt. Sie waren sehr aufmerksam, aber auch zurückhaltend, jedoch immer bereit, unsere Fragen zu beantworten. Sie gaben uns sehr gute Tipps und zeigten sich auch humorvoll. Casa rosa liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, so dass wir ruhige Nächte hatten. Das Auto konnten wir problemlos vor dem Tor parken. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und erholsame Zeit und unsere Gastgeberinnen haben noch dazu für bestes Wetter gesorgt! Merci beaucoup!

Frühling im Februar

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in der süßen Ferienwohnung. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht und die beiden Vermieterinnen waren sehr nett und aufmerksam. Die Gegend um Arcachonne ist unglaublich schön und wir hatten Mitte Februar bereits schöne warme Frühlingstage.

Cet appartement en RdC est très agréable, fonctionnel et bien conçu. L’espace extérieur est très appréciable aussi! (chaises longues, barbecue, tables et chaises permettant de manger dehors, sous abri). La localisation est au calme, les hôtes sont adorables en même temps que très discrètes, bref nous sommes ravis de notre séjour 😁

Es waren sehr angenehme Tage in der FeWo. Ein kleines Manko gab es aber doch. Wer mit der Bettenbreite von 140cm für zwei Personen nicht klar kommt, hat hier ein Problem. Das sollte man sich vorher drüber klar sein ob das akzeptabel ist.

Nous sommes surprises de votre observation. Lorsque vous avez loué vous avez consulté le site qui mentionne un lit de 140 et suite à nos différents entretiens, nous avons accepté exceptionnement de vous ouvrir le canapé dont vous ne vous êtes pas servi. Nous ne pouvons que constater que malgré tous les détails de la chambre mentionnés dans le site, vous n'avez pas annulé votre réservation. A la fin de votre séjour, vous nous avez signifié que tout était parfait.... D'autre part, nous ne sommes pas satisfaites du ménage. Que de contradictions !!! Dommage !!!!
