Duplex on 5 acres, with owners occupying upstairs. Rental is ground floor, surrounded with a beautiful woodsy feel and moose that pass through the yard. Situated 4 - 5 miles out of Soldotna access to the Kenai and Kasilof rivers are only minutes away. Homer, Russian River falls, K- beach, Skillak,Seward, and Exit Glazier are all within 20 minutes to 1 1/2 hr. Drive with lots of wildlife and breath taking scenery to view. Home has full size Kitchen, with Fridge, stove, microwave, table, coffee maker and freezer , Washer and Dryer. 2 Full size bathrooms. 3 bedrooms. 1st bed room, 2 twin beds. Room 2, Queen bed. Room 3, Queen bed. Living room big sectional, closet with extra pillows and blankets. Can sleep 6 or more. This is a NO smoking rental and no pets.
Tustamena smokehouse is across the street, great place for fish packaging and really good smoked fish.

Really liked the location, It being so close to the Kenai and Kasilof rivers and also to Ocean fishing. For a family who love hunting and fishing it's perfect for us.
